On 10 September 2024, we announced the acquisition of AJC L’AUTHENTIC, an innovator in hygiene solutions for bedridden patients.

With this acquisition, SOFINOR is strengthening its position in the healthcare equipment market by adding AJC L’AUTHENTIC’s range of bed shower systems to its ARCANIA portfolio, a device designed to improve patient comfort while optimising working conditions for carers.

The bed shower: a mobile, compact and ergonomic device

Founded in 1995 by Joseph Le GUILLOUX, AJC L’AUTHENTIC quickly made a name for itself with its innovative bed shower system, which is now used in more than 4,000 healthcare establishments, from intensive care units to retirement homes. This system, which enables carers to shower patients directly in their beds, represents a major advance in terms of comfort and safety.

By integrating AJC L’AUTHENTIC, SOFINOR, through its ARCANIA brand, continues to position itself as a key player in hospital hygiene and ergonomics.
